This was a user-centered research and

redesign process aimed at understanding

how our audience interacts with the

platform after a year of publishing

high-impact content. Through

interviews, surveys, and direct feedback,

we uncovered user behavior patterns,

pain points, and moments of delight.

The outcome was a collaboratively

mapped set of opportunity areas and

prioritized design directions — focused

on improving navigation, clarifying our

identity, and enhancing user journeys.
